WE ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT HEALTH AND FITNESS AND WE HAVE A TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS, INCLUDING AN EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST, PHYSIOTHERAPIST AND STRENGTH COACHES HERE TO HELP YOU BECOME A BETTER VERSION OF YOURSELF.

COACH PETE
Pete, is the founder & owner of Physique Training. He is a professional strength athlete, who holds numerous National and World current records in powerlifting!
He is currently actively involved with clinical research with the NSW Government and Sydney university for brain injury rehabilitation.

COACH CARRIE
Carrie is a proud mum of three and wanted to help others to become fitter, healthier and stronger by becoming a coach.
She has been into fitness all her life and her favourite exercise is the deadlift. Carrie holds several Australian Powerlifting records in the bench press and deadlift category's.

COACH NAT
Meet Nat
Nat is passionate about strength training and comes to us after training with Physique for nearly 4 years!
Nat came to us to become stronger and believes that being strong is the key to good health. Her favourite exercise is the bench press!

COACH MARGO
Margo is our newest addition to our team and is currently being mentored by Pete as she completes her training.

If she is not coaching, you will find her lifting weights, which is her passion, as she knows how important it is to become strong as we age.

We have various levels of membership options available some of which include unlimited access and use of our premier facility, training programming, nutrition guidance and coaching on every session by our trained and experienced staff.

Our coaches specialise in ensuring you get the maximum out of your session and focus on your technique to ensure that you have good form and stay injury free.
We offer small group training sessions as well as one on one coached sessions, for people who are looking to work more closely with our trainers.

We are a WADSA member club and as such offer fully funded training sessions (depending on eligibility) and special rates for WADSA member clubs and associates.
