Pete, the owner and founder of Physique Training, is a Masters National Power Lifting Record Holder with over 35 years of training and competition experience.
He has helped train Olympic athletes, the less-abled, and world record holders and understands how hard it is to balance a busy life with a healthy (balanced and sustainable) lifestyle.
Pete’s experience has taught him that training does not have to be complicated, the best results come from basic training concepts that everybody can follow and that being consistent is what produces the results.
He has used these techniques on himself and others to great effect and intends to beat some masters powerlifting world records later this year.
