WE ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT HEALTH AND FITNESS AND WE HAVE A TEAM OF EXERCISE PROFESSIONALS, INCLUDING A MEDICAL PRACTITIONER AND A RECOVERY COACH TO HELP YOU BECOME A FITTER AND STRONGER VERSION OF YOURSELF.
WE USE A COMBINATION OF MODERN SCIENTIFIC PRINCIPLES BASED ON CLINICAL RESEARCH AND OLD SCHOOL TECHNIQUES UNIQUE TO US, TO ENSURE THAT YOU GET THE BEST RESULTS POSSIBLE.
WE ARE NOT FOR PROFIT AND AS A WEST AUSTRALIAN DISABLED SPORTS ASSOCIATION (WADSA) CLUB, BY JOINING, YOU ARE SUPPORTING THE LOCAL COMMUNITY, HELPING TO MAKE SPORT AND EXERCISE ACCESSABLE TO ALL.
OUR MEMBERS AND COACHES ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT BEING STRONG AND HEALTHY, AS A WAY TO LIVE
ESPECIALLY AS WE AGE, OFTEN DONATING THEIR TIME FOR FREE.

PETE
Pete, is the founder of Physique and is a professional strength athlete, holding 8 current World and over 20 Australian Powerlifting records!
He is actively involved with clinical research developing resources and clinical guidelines, which is helping people recover from brain injuries.
​
Pete often donates his time at Physique to assist others and to mentor coaches.

MARINA
Marina comes to us from a background of light athletics and loves helping others.
​
She is passionate about physical and mental health, her own personal story, where she dropped over 35kg in two years by smart eating and lifting weights.
She is qualified in mental health support and we love her straight forward approach.

Dr LAURA
Dr Laura is passionate about wholistic, individualistic and compassionate care for her patients.
She firmly believes that the doctor-patient relationship is a partnership and collaboration, striving to empower her patients in their own health care in order to achieve the best health outcomes.

When not in her clinic, she can be found lifting weights in our facility!

MARGO
Margo is our newest addition to our team and is currently being mentored by Pete as she completes her training.
​​
If she is not coaching, you will find her lifting weights, which is her passion, as she knows how important it is to become strong as we age.
​
She loves helping at Physique and she wants to be the oldest and strongest in our family!

WE GUARANTEE OUR RESULTS, NO FADS, NO BS, JUST A GOOD OLD FASSIONED, COMMON SENSE APPROACH, WITH A BLEND OF OLD AND NEW CONCEPTS UNIQUE TO US.
​WE AIM TO PROVIDE A FULLY INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT THAT PROMOTES A SENSE OF COMMUNITY, WHERE EVERYBODY IS WELCOMED REGARDLESS OF THEIR ABILITY OR DISABILITY.

Club memberships start at just $50 per week (debited every two weeks in advance) and includes unlimited access and use of our premier facility, training programming, nutrition guidance and coaching by our trained and experienced staff.

We also offer one on one coaching sessions (From $60 per session) as well as fitness assessments which will identify your current abilities, how we can assist you to become
stronger and healthier as well as coach you one on one.
We offer small group training sessions, as well as athlete coaching for people who are either looking to improve in their chosen sport or looking to compete.
As a West Australian Disabled Sports Association Club (WADSA) we often give our time for free and we offer fully funded training sessions (depending on eligibility) and special sessions for WADSA member clubs and associates.

We also are able to offer fully funded NDIS training sessions, eligibility and conditions apply.

* Please note that as a Physique club member, you are also supporting the local community and are helping others, less fortunate.
Please remember that often our coaches donate their time for free to help people who are less able.​
