WE ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT HEALTH AND FITNESS AND WE HAVE A TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS, HERE TO HELP YOU BECOME A FITTER AND STRONGER VERSION OF YOURSELF.
WE USE A COMBINATION OF MODERN SCIENTIFIC PRINCIPLES AND OLD SCHOOL TECHNIQUES UNIQUE TO US, TO ENSURE THAT YOU GET THE BEST RESULTS POSSIBLE.
WE ARE NOT FOR PROFIT AND AS A WEST AUSTRALIAN DISABLED SPORTS ASSOCIATION (WADSA) CLUB, BY JOINING YOU ARE SUPPORTING THE LOCAL COMMUNITY BY HELPING TO MAKE SPORT ACCESSABLE TO ALL.
OUR MEMBERS AND COACHES ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT PROMOTE BEING STRONG AND HEALTHY, AS A WAY TO LIVE
ESPECIALLY AS WE AGE, OFTEN DONATING THEIR TIME FOR FREE.

OUR TEAM HAS OVER 65 YEARS OF COMBINED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE.
WE ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT HELPING YOU GET RESULTS. OUR COACHES PRACTICE WHAT THEY PREACH AND YOU WILL FIND THEM WORKING OUT REGULARLY AT OUR FACILITY.

COACH PETE
Pete, is the founder of Physique and is a professional strength athlete, holding 8 current World and 20 Australian Powerlifting records!
He is actively involved with clinical research developing resources and clinical guidelines, which is helping people recover from brain injuries.
​
Pete often donates his time at Physique to assist others and to mentor coaches.

COACH MARINA
Marina comes to us from a background of light athletics and her passion is lifting weights to become stronger, fitter and healthier.
Her own personal story saw her drop from 105kg to 70kg by smart eating and weights.
She is qualified in mental health and we love her no BS approach to exercise and training.
Her favourite exercise is the deadlift!.

COACH NAT
Meet Nat
Nat is passionate about strength training and comes to us after training with Physique for nearly 4 years!
Nat came to us to become stronger and believes that being strong is the key to good health.
Her personal journey saw her drop 25kg on the scales since joining and is passionate about women being strong, fit and healthy.

COACH MARGO
Margo is our newest addition to our team and is currently being mentored by Pete as she completes her training.

If she is not coaching, you will find her lifting weights, which is her passion, as she knows how important it is to become strong as we age.
​
She loves helping at Physique and she wants to be the oldest and strongest in our family!

​WE AIM TO PROVIDE A FULLY INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT THAT PROMOTES A SENSE OF COMMUNITY, WHERE EVERYBODY IS WELCOMED REGARDLESS OF THEIR ABILITY OR DISABILITY.
INVEST IN YOURSELF AND SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL COMMUNITY TODAY
Club memberships start at just $50 per week (debited every two weeks in advance) and includes unlimited access and use of our premier facility, training programming, nutrition guidance and coaching by our trained and experienced staff.

We also offer one on one coaching sessions (From $60 per session) as well as fitness assessments which will identify your current abilities, how we can assist you to become
stronger and healthier as well as coach you one on one.
We offer small group training sessions, as well as athlete coaching for people who are either looking to improve in their chosen sport or looking to compete.
As a West Australian Disabled Sports Association Club (WADSA) we often give our time for free and we offer fully funded training sessions (depending on eligibility) and special sessions for WADSA member clubs and associates.

We also are able to offer fully funded NDIS training sessions, eligibility and conditions apply.

* Please note that as a Physique club member, you are also supporting the local community and are helping others, less fortunate.
Please remember that often our coaches donate their time for free to help people who are less able.​
