MUSIC AT PHYSIQUE

We are so fortunate to be able to host music therapy sessions and music lessons at physique!

We have a custom music room, super high ceilings, fully air conditioned and with floor to cieling windows and blinds, custom designed and fitted out for an ultimate music experience.

MUSIC THERAPY

Local blind singer and songwriter,

Benny Rowe, of the Benny Rowe Trio, is running the sessions and programs, with help from us and superstar DJ and muscian Carl Dcruz.

Yes thats right, professional and accomplished musisicians right here at physique!

We are currently running the sessions twice a week, Wednesday and Saturday mornings.

The sessions are tailored to the individual and are not a one size fits all class, so regardless of your current ability, they can help you have fun and become one of the band!

One of our first clients Zoe, said: "What an awsome experience, Ben is amazing on the guitar and I can't wait for my next session! I've always wanted to learn guitar and now I'm hooked!"

Boss Pete, the owner of Physique and World Record Breaking Powerlifter said "after listning to these guys and seeing how good they are, I felt like I was missing out! I had FOMO really bad and I have always wanted to learn guitar. I have booked lessons for saturday morning and can't wait"

Ben and the gang are also offering the oportunity to come and "Jam with the band".

You can join in, play along, sing or just sit and listen, if thats what you prefer. Either way what an awesome opportunity to be part of the music scene.

"Its great to be part of something really cool" said another client Ross, who has played previously. "I lacked the confidence to play along initially, but with Ben and Carl's guidance and support. I feel a lot more confident now and I am really enjoying being part of the gang! My playing is getting better every session and I feel confident to practice now at home."
